Everything is so nice, clean, beautiful and brand new. The bath houses are very nice and are cleaned very well daily. We love living here. It’s super friendly for dogs with a fenced in pond and walking area, and other dog areas. I love having picnic areas, a pool, horseshoes, volleyball, tennis, etc. all right here.

This a great RV Park for a visit or long term. We’ll kept property. Facilities were always clean. Beautiful grounds (lots of newly planted trees) Compared to some other places I’ve stayed, it doesn’t feel crammed. I stayed there for several months. Management and staff were fantastic. The location was perfect for me. Close to everything I needed, but far enough from the freeway to avoid the noise.

A great resort with friendly staff. Very large sites and wide roads to make parking big rigs a breeze. As this is a new resort I can’t wait to see how the many newly planted trees adds to the beauty of the grounds in a few years.

Great place to be. All the amenities Friendly staff and people. Quiet neighbors that keep the fun at the biergarten lol. Good place for anyone looking in this location. I had a small issue with billing and they took care of it immediately. Probably the best and most amazing affordable RV Park in San Marcos.

This is a really nice park! The facilities are very very nice. They have an amenities building that was wonderful with a pool table and 2 large tvs, a very nice pool area, washers, dryers and some of the nicest shower spaces I’ve seen. The dog park has a huge pond and walk path around it. Very nice! If your dog likes the water they even have a space to wash them off. Enjoy!

This RV Resort is very awesome. The restrooms were incredibly clean and spacious. Once the trees mature, they will provide shade and it will be comfortable to sit outside. Can’t wait and we will definitely be back. FIVE STARS!

Schatziland is a new RV resort near San Marcus. We have stayed there twice now. It is well located near the Outlet Mall, cities and river. We have a large rig and there is plenty of space for us to easily park. Schatziland offers lots of amenities such as Pickleball courts, large pool and gym. We recommend this park if you are visiting San Marcos.

I had a wonderful stay for a month here! Bathhouses have really nice shower / bathroom combo rooms, and plenty of them scattered around. Very dog friendly with a great dog park. I also enjoyed it was quiet, you’re surrounded by fields, feels like being in the middle of nowhere but the outlets are right up the road. We’ll be back!

One of the things that sets Schatziland RV Resort apart from other RV parks is the wide range of amenities available to guests. The park features a large swimming pool, a hot tub, a clubhouse, and even a fitness center. There are also plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy, including hiking trails, fishing ponds, and a playground for children.

We will definitely be back! They have taken great care to present natural beauty into their amenities by incorporating / planting trees such as live oak and fig trees! The clubhouse/ pool/ beir garden area is like a resort… All of this adds to the overall PEACE and QUIET that makes you feel like an over night stay was a real vacation!

Great Wifi coverage and bandwidth throughout the park included with the stay. Lots of amenities including pickleball courts, laundry, restrooms and showers, dog runs, and volleyball. Reasonable cost and quiet park located both close to the local attractions like the outlet shopping and university, but far enough away from the highways and traffic to be peaceful.

My FAV amenity had to be the concrete walking path along the RV park’s perimeter that allowed me to start my days with early morning strolls. Cows, horses and donkeys in the distance, a wide variety of migrating birds.. A bird watcher’s paradise. Needless-to-say, the views are tremendous. This place is worth it for the scenery alone.

Very expansive and great amenities. The WiFi is great if you need to work from there. Great new RV park with clean bath/laundry rooms throughout the park. People are very friendly. Close to great shopping at the San Marcos outlet mall.

Can’t wait to go back. Such a beautiful RV resort park! The facilities are taken care of, clean and nice. Booking was a breeze and pricing great. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. I love that they have events for the kids. The kids loved the playground, pool and pavilion. Its centrally located so we were able to go to wonder world, the outlets, the river, take a drive to Austin to see the capital.

Great place to stay. Quiet, well-maintained spots, good WIFI, and friendly staff. We have stayed there multiple times, and I definitely recommend this park. We will be back!

The potential for this new RV resort is incredible! It has a playground, volleyball courts, pickleball courts, a swimming pool, a rec hall with a pool table and games, and a big dog park. In addition they have multiple chargers for Teslas, etc. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most certainly be back!

First time there and will definitely be back in January with our daughter and her family. Amazing night on Saturday with trunk and treat. We highly recommend this place. Very clean facility and very nice staff. We will be back. Patrick and Lynn Jendrusch

We found this resort and we will definitely be back. The park manager is the best. She was very informative and enjoys her job. This is a brand new park and when the plants and trees mature, it will be even more wonderful. The shower and laundry facility is awesome and the club house area was a nice get away for my daughter to be able to relax and read.

Excellent RV resort! Location superbly convenient off Interstate and to shopping, but far enough away that no noise is heard by its proximity. Very nice facilities and staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. A favorite feature is the paved sidewalk surrounding the perimeter of the resort and huge dog park within the resort. Nice drive-through sites!

The amenities on-site are absolutely wonderful & always kept CLEAN! The dog park is a huge plus. We love staying with Schatziland, because it’s a perfect getaway from the city with lots of stars, clean air & nearly no noise! Sites are spacious. Guests are friendly. Pool during the Texas summer heat is great. Would 100% recommend staying here!

If you’re looking for a decently priced, CLEAN, well maintained and SAFE place to stay in your RV for a while, this is the place to do it! I stayed for 3 months and it only kept getting better! More services were being offered throughout my stay such as better parking/vehicle control (parking passes to deter unwanted traffic) and even complimentary trash pickup.
